Over the next few weeks, we will cover the Miracles of Jesus. We ask that everyone share at least three miracles they have researched during that time. Example:

Bible Study: The Miracles of Jesus Christ

The miracles of Jesus are powerful demonstrations of His divinity, compassion, authority, and love. They reveal that Jesus is not only the Son of God but also the One who has power over sickness, nature, demons, sin, and even death.

This Bible study series is designed to help us understand what Jesus did, why each miracle was significant, and what we can learn and apply to our lives today. Each miracle should include: KJV scriptures, key teachings, and how it applies in our lives.

Miracle 1: Jesus Turns Water into Wine

Scripture: John 2:1–11

The Miracle: At a wedding in Cana of Galilee, the wine ran out. Jesus instructed the servants to fill six waterpots with water. When the contents were drawn out, the water had become wine.

Key Verse — John 2:11 (KJV)

“This beginning of miracles did Jesus in Cana of Galilee, and manifested forth his glory; and his disciples believed on him.”

Significance of the miracle

• It was the beginning of Jesus' recorded miracles in John's Gospel.

• It revealed His glory and strengthened the faith of His disciples.

• It demonstrated that Jesus has power to transform ordinary things into something extraordinary.

How it applies: We should invite and include Jesus into every area of our lives, not just what 'looks good' or is 'convenient' because He wants all of us. He gave His all for us, so we should return the gesture. What seems insufficient to us is not beyond His ability to work with ... with God, ALL things are possible!
